2014 - Our Story Began
In the year 2007, two college friends saw an American Dream of having a successful construction company in North Carolina, and seven years later in 2014 they established M & V Builders L.L.C. The two founders are civil engineers who graduated from Clemson University.
2014 - 2015
This was the most interesting year for the founders and the small team of 10 people. We had gained SBE certification through NCDOT and the City of Charlotte. It was the beginning of our journey and it was the best time to start the company. We were expanding our operations as we made lives better.
2015 - 2016
M & V Builders L.L.C. had completed over 50 contracts in the US. Our connections were beginning to grow and reputable brands such as; SunTrust Bank, began to recognize us for our work. One thing we learned by the end of 2016 was that a superior team is the backbone of any organization.
2017 - 2018
M & V Builders L.L.C. was tying up with recognized brands of construction product manufacturers. We began hiring as there were more projects than expected. By the end of 2018 we were choosing our own projects and we were proud of our quick growth.
2018 - Present
Today, we’re a recognized construction contractor in Indian Trail and Concord, North Carolina. We are in the process of acquiring DBE certification through NCDOT. With a 100% success rate in every project we took up, we have completed several construction projects till date.
